14 days glucose monitor
record
Day 1:
- The gray line is yeasterday I start wear my glucose monitor device
- Yesterday's dinner is 土豆沙锅粉,add on eggs, mushroom in it, glucose is quick peak at 7.8, then I eat sneak at 21:00 make my glucose slight up and quickly down.
- Breakfast is sanwich , glucose peak at 7.4.
- Lauch is 花菜,山药,青椒炒肉,with little rice, and I start walking 50 minutes, the glucose is very healy, you can see the glucose line slightly up to 5.8 then down.
- Dinner is eat late at 8:00,煮泡面+鸡蛋+海带苗。 that is very terriable , my glucose fast soar to 9.2. I should eat less and healthy in Dinner
Day 2:
- Breakfast: sanwich + a apple. glucose peak at 8.3, I think I should reduce apple, maybe half apple is better.
- Other Data lost, because the monitor problem,
Day 3:
- Breakfast: 水果麦片+milk+half apple.
- Lunch: 黄焖鸡米饭,+ juice , 黄焖鸡is good,sugar level rise slowly and peak at, but the orange juice is terrible

- Breakfast: 4 eggs + lettuce
- Lunch: 红烧鸡块盖浇饭 浇汁吃完,米粉没怎么吃
浇汁含糖,血糖爆炸,注意浇汁!
2024-11-12
- Breakfast: 肉包 + 烧卖 + milk + 3 eggs , no walking
- Lunch: 一些杂菜,红薯,酸辣汤,西红柿鸡蛋,花蛤
- Dinner: 零食+阳光玫瑰提子
零食和阳光玫瑰爆炸了,早餐没活动,久坐也导致爆炸了

- Breakfast: 肉包 + 烧卖 + milk + 3 eggs
- Lunch: Rice + 土豆丝+ 肉饼蒸蛋 + 酸菜 +鸡腿+ 6k steps
- Dinner: 土豆炖鸡+ Rice + 8km run
6k setps can't reduce the sugar level when eating rice+ potato. so I eat massive potato and rice in dinner and try find out how much exercise handle this level carbohydate. running 8km is works, the glucose level is very good, but when I stop running, the glucose level return to go up.

- Breakfast: 肉包 + 烧卖 + milk + oatmeal
- Lunch: 黄焖鸡米饭汤汁吃完 + 8k setps
- Dinner: 青椒炒肉+ 青菜香菇 + 少量米饭

- Breakfast: 肉包 + 烧卖 + milk + 4 eggs
- Lunch: 青椒肉丝盖浇饭(菜吃完+少量米饭)
- Dinner: 麦片牛奶+土豆红烧肉+皮蛋,a orange after dinner
Today's glucose range is good, keep it.

- Breakfast: 肉包 + 烧卖 + milk + 4 eggs + white kidney bean extract 1g
